Conked

With this beaking HOT weather, we are headed to my folks shortly to cool off in the lake. Yep, I may even have to slip into my suit and take a dip! We had a nice morning at church and then out to "breakfast," although I opted for a turkey sandwich today :) We got home and put the boys down earlier than usual for naps and I conked out HARD! Man, I am very thankful to report that last night and today for a nap I slept more comfortably than I have in a long time. Right now the house is still silent, the boys are sleepin' and Erk went to workout...

Last evening, Mom, Dad, Auntie Pat and Ali brought over a recliner for us to borrow for my next 7 or so weeks. Our recliner just doesn't hit me right, be it I'm prego or not it isn't the most comfy chair. So having this cushy leather recliner is awesome. I grabbed my pillows and a quilt and got myself all set up while Erk was watching baseball on tv and conked out with the lights and tv on. I slept there in the chair for about 3 hours (until baby girl fell asleep :) and then headed up to bed. That'll probably be my routine, seeing as how she is consistently awake that time of night the crazy goober!
