Yesterday morning the dude was here setting things up for the basement cement job today. I guess this guy was forewarned by our contractor (that we’ve used over the years with this house), that we have a nutty dog. Ain’t that the truth! Well when he was here yesterday Bean dog latched on to him (as she will with anyone willing to toss her freaking rubber duck repeatedly down the sideyard). At one point I was putting laundry in the washing machine and heard the guy talking in the basement. I thought perhaps he was on his cell phone, but with all the pounding he was doing, it just didn’t make sense. So I call for Bean dog – no response. Back to the basement door I head and poke my head down there “Ken, is my crazy dog down there?” “Yeah, but she’s laying down for me now.” ARGH! “BEAN DOG, COME!” I had no idea she was down there! Up she comes with filthy paws. I felt so bad she was down there bugging him while he was trying to work. Needless to say, I had to stick her in the shower and get them there feet rinsed off. CRAZY DOG!
