Cute one of Papa and Molly on Christmas...
Just printing out some stuff, getting some things set for my scrapbook weekend away! Can't wait! Hard to believe it's so close already. Amazing how something seems way off in the future and them bam, it's days away.
Jack is watching some tv in the other room, Mikie fell asleep in the recliner and Molly is napping upstairs. Dinner is somewhat going in the other room, but since I'm waiting for the chicken to bake before I can make it, I thought I'd say hello.
We had M2 this morning and it felt good to get back into the swing of things. Jack pulled a huge "tude" on me when it was time to leave (threw a toy, hid under the little table, walked away from me when I told him to come here), but after being put in a time out in the bathroom of all places, he got over it :)
One of the ladies working with the kids teased Jack about his socks. They are from the college Molly goes to - and this chick is apparently a fan of their rival. She says to Jack
"Don't show me those socks again, I already saw them," jokingly and I said,
"Jack, can you tell Miss Peggy why you wear those?"
She said, "ohh he did, he said his cousin used to play volleyball there but now she's retired." HA!
I told her "yeah, and Molly is headed to the Netherlands sometime soon," and Peggy says,
"yeah, he told me that too, she's leaving soon and we'll miss her very much."
Cute or what? This kid... Man can he work me over at times, but he's so smart :) What a little man. Better go see about that chicken!
