We Made It!

Hey all! We made it here to sunny Florida yesterday afternoon. The kids couldn't have done better on the plane, I tell ya. I was pretty nervous leading up to it, even though I tried to hide it. Erk knew it! But we did well, Molly slept for a while on the plane (partly cause I gave her Benedryl :) and the boys were troopers - despite FOUR potty breaks on the flight. My big concern of potty breaks went out the window when we weren't even in the air all the way and Molly pooped. So off to the tiny plane bathroom before the "fasten seatbelt" sign was turned off. Then back to the seats where Mikie had to go "so bad, I can't hold it!" Then 10 minutes later Jack had to go, then Mikie, then Jack. But we faired well :) It was a hoot and I found myself laughing at times because of my situation!

Nanny and Papa were waiting at the airport for us and after a bit of a drive, we made it here, "home" for the next week plus. This is wonderful. The sun is shining, we have a golf cart along with all the other old farts down here (it is fun to ride in that thing though!) and it's great to see Nanny and Papa again.

We had an interesting night in that Jack wouldn't go to bed until 10p and Mikie was up numerous times in the night sleepwalking. Then this afternoon when Mom and I were back from the grocery store, Jack got so worked up in a time out that he PUKED in a grocery bag I had to quickly empty for him to "fill." Crazy kid! They are tired and a bit outta sorts. We'll get to bed at a normal time tonight hopefully and tomorrow will be smooth sailing :) These kids sure are troopers though I tell ya! Molly has continued to smile thru it all! Hope all is well with you. We're wishing the sunshine to come to you today too!
