Decisions, decisions...

Decisions… we make them every day…

Like Jack fighting me on wearing his blue shirt when he has no other ones that match and we are going out to a nice dinner. Do I give in and let him not match? Do I tell him he’s wearing the blue one so after a day of being a turd, he is reminded of who’s charge?

Or having Erk tell me how to clean up Bean’s monstorous pile of dog puke or just having him clean it up himself?

Do I order color pictures for the dining room frames even though they have always been black and white?

Do we bring Chloe here to take care of her while my folks are out of town or go to their house a few times a day?

Or do I drop Molly’s morning nap cause she just can’t seem to take it anymore, even though just a ½ hour of hands free is nice?

How about this one? Should we take the house off the market cause school days are fast approaching, or hope to sell soon and know where we’ll go from here? Well, this is a biggie, and we made this decision last night. We are pulling the sign today. The closer it gets to school starting up, the more I’m kinda stressing about where we go from here. Sure we’ve looked at houses and continue to be curious, but we haven’t found “that house” yet. Jack is all set in knowing where his school is and who his teacher will be. So is Mikie. So do we get them started and in a month or 2 or 3, move schools and have them start a new thing all over? Nope. Just can’t do it. So the decision was made and it feels ohh so good. We will wait until the springtime and try again – probably much more aggressively (aka a realtor). That way should we decide to build? We have more months of nice weather and we could opt to live in our trailer. Or should it not sell for a while? It hopefully won’t effect next school year. So good deal.

Although some seem way bigger than others, they all contribute to who we are :)
