Little Freedom

Good day! I am sitting here with a big container of Juicy Juice that Mikie was drinking directly out of sitting in Erk's chair watching TV. He's nuts! I had to take it cause otherwise Erk's chair would turn into a sticky mess with the inevitable juice spill! I also have Mol's baby book and calendar out and have been filling in the past 3 months of her "accomplishments" and "new favorite foods."

Today is Erk's birthday so we're gonna go join him for lunch! That'll be nice to eat with him mid-day. Meg came this weekend to visit so that ROCKED! We got to have her here Saturday/overnight thru yesterday afternoon. Ohh the garbage man is here so Bean is barking - she'd better not wake up the morning napper upstairs! Anywho, Meg... it was nice to have her here and the kids ATE it up. As Meg left town yesterday, she ran to the store which was handy having a vehicle and all. I can't imagine life in a big city without a car! She's used to it though - and renting one every so often has got to be a nice little freedom :)

Yesterday we had a house showing around 4pm, so the kids and I (and Bean) went to my folks. Bean hasn't been there in a LONG time. The minute she got outta the truck she went to the backyard and jumped into the lake... as if it were more grass... didn't even think twice about it. She sure does have retriever in her! She swam and swam and played catch for the longest time in the lake. I got some pictures, I'll have to post them later. The boys had fun swimmin' with her.
