I am so full. Why I think I need to eat cookies after dinner is beyond me! But if I’m making them, why not eat ‘em!? Erk and Mikie are out to supper and I think planning to look around for some hunting clothes for Erk while they’re out. Today, Jack and I went to an art studio place (the one we tried the other night but they had closed early). We went with Chet and Shawna and had fun painting mugs. Jack wasn’t quite himself and as much as I tried to be extra patient, I felt underlying that he was driving me nuts! He just didn’t seem to enjoy himself and was bored. So at times I took over the decorating of the mug (which the purpose was the boys paint them with our website name on them for us to use). It was fun, for sure, but I wish Jack woulda enjoyed himself a tad more. Once we got in the car he was all talk and even this evening now with Erk and Mikie gone, Jack is normal… Jack. I told him that. That today he wasn’t him, he was someone else, and he said “I think I was Mikie at the art place.” :)
Auntie Pat came into town yesterday and Mom & Dad stopped over with her to see us. That was a nice afternoon surprise! She’s in town for a few days so we hope to see her a lot more!
You should see Molly right now, she’s in just a diaper (she peed thru her red onesie!) and she is playing with toys in the kitchen (huge advantage to having this laptop, I’m standing here in the kitchen too) and talking to herself. RARE!
